VIRGINIA BEACH — The Real Estate Information Network Inc. announced it has elected its Board of Directors for 2026, naming John Chandler, principal broker for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices RW Towne Property Management, as Board President.

REIN serves as the multiple listing service for Hampton Roads, working with its members to provide consumers equal access to property listings and ensure a transparent marketplace for home buyers and sellers.

Chandler succeeds 2025 President Barbara Wolcott, principal broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices RW Towne Realty.

“Our Board of Directors is dedicated to serving our membership and helping our members reach the goals they’ve set for themselves in the real estate business,” said Chandler. “The decisions we make are with that objective in mind.”

REIN said joining Chandler on the Executive Committee are Lee Cross, Managing Broker for Cross Realty as Vice President; Cavelle Mollineaux, Principal Broker for ONYX Realty Professionals as Secretary; and Jon McAchran, Principal Broker for AtCoastal Real Estate as Treasurer.

Directors include Amy Doll, Principal Broker for RE/MAX Alliance; Mike Grogan, Vice President and Regional Manager for the Central Atlantic Region of Howard Hanna Real Estate Services; Donna Moyer, Principal Broker for Liz Moore & Associates; Barry Nachman, Principal Broker for Century 21 Nachman Realty; and Nash Wainwright, Principal Broker for Wainwright Real Estate, according to REIN.

“The Board of Directors and REIN members are both committed to helping home buyers and home sellers find success in their real estate transactions,” Chandler said. “After all, buying or selling a home is usually the biggest transaction a consumer will make in his or her lifetime.”

Chandler added that the Board of Directors works to ensure that REIN members have access to the tools, training, and the home listings that real estate professionals need to succeed.

REIN notes it has served real estate professionals across the region since 1969, with offices in Virginia Beach, Hampton, and Portsmouth. Listings include properties as far north as Williamsburg, Gloucester, and the Eastern Shore; west into Suffolk and Franklin; and south into Moyock, Elizabeth City, and Edenton in North Carolina.
