WILLIAMSBURG — A Chase Bank location is coming to Merchants Square.
Chase Bank will occupy 202 N. Henry St. The location, on the corner of Prince George and N. Henry Streets, was formerly where a Suntrust bank branch used to be located.
According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, who handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord, The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation, Chase Bank leased the 2,561-square foot former SunTrust bank branch in downtown Williamsburg.
The Merchants Square location will feature drive-thru services as well as private parking. Other services include personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, small business loans and payment processing.
The new location is a part of Chase Bank’s goal to open ten branches throughout the Hampton Roads Region. This November, Chase Bank will open two branches in Norfolk. The first branch will located be downtown Norfolk. The company also plans to open two Williamsburg branches by the end of 2022.
