WILLIAMSBURG — Broad Street Realty has announced that Row House has leased space in Midtown Row.

Row House was founded by husband/wife team, Eric Von Frohlich and Debra Stougo. The company focuses on indoor rowing, resistance training, and stretching. An Oct. 13 release from Broad Street Realty states that the workouts offered through the company’s studios engage 86 percent of the body’s muscles. Row House now boasts franchised locations across the country, with several located in the United States’ Mid-Atlantic region.

“Having the opportunity to partners with Midtown Row in bringing Row House to Williamsburg was a natural partnership and we could not be more pleased,” said franchise owner Margaret Phillips. “We chose Midtown [Row] because it is nestled in the heart of the city where our community of members can easily get in and out of the studio. Whether on their way to work, home from work, running errands, or dropping off kids, Midtown [Row] has created an environment that really is a one-stop shop.”

Row House will open in a space to the left of Salon Seven in Building 3 with a goal to open the studio by late December 2021.
