On Thursdays through Sundays between April 28 through June 12, guests are invited to try new food dishes, craft brews, and wines at 15 unique and globally-inspired locations throughout the park.

Along with 30 new dishes, BGW is introducing two new locations for its 2022 festival. The first location is inspired by Australia and will serve dishes including Snag on the Barbie (banger sausage with vegemite caramelized onions) and Lamington Cake (a sponge cake with raspberry jam, chocolate, and coconut). Additionally, guests can pair these with Aussie Mule or the Australian-made beer, Fosters.

In addition to Australia, the park will have a location inspired by Greece, which will serve dishes such as Tirokroketes (fried cheese balls with tzatziki sauce) and Choriatiki Salata (a salad with feta, cucumbers, red onions, tomatoes, and olives).

Fan-favorite booths, Japan and Italy, will have new offerings. Japan will bave an Impossi-Bao (made from Impossible meat in a steamed bun topped with Asian slaw) and a Spicy Tuna Sushi Cup (which includes sushi rice with nor flakes, tuna, and spicy mayonnaise).

Italy will have the red wines, Luna Nuda and Roscato, brought straight from the country with a new Fettuccini & Sundried Tomato Alfredo which includes house-made pasta, spinach and kalamata olives.

While many of the stops of the Food & Wine fest are globally-centric, BGW will also highlight food and beverages from Virginia. This includes Oyster on the Half Shell, a new Petit Manseng from Williamsburg Winery, and items from other local breweries and wineries to include the Virginia Beer Co.
