WILLIAMSBURG — Denver-based Solera Senior Living has announced the acquisition of the Edgeworth Park at New Town assisted living and memory care community in Williamsburg.
Edgeworth Park, 5501 Discovery Park Blvd, which opened its doors in 2017, offers 62 assisted living residences and 22 memory care suites. Residents can choose from studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments.
The senior living community also offers restaurant-style dining, full-salon service and fitness center, as well as physical, occupational and speech therapy for residents.

Edgeworth Park is Solera’s latest acquisition under the leadership of Founder and CEO, Adam Kaplan. The five-year-old company has opened two flagship properties in the last year – Modena Cherry Creek in Denver, Colo and Trulee Evanston in Evanston, Ill – providing smart technology and cutting-edge safety for residents of independent living, assisted living and memory care.
