Graham, 25, is believed to have been on the tracks in the early morning hours of May 20 when he was struck by a CSX train. The accident occurred in the 700 block of Lafayette Street, northwest of the city government offices and just beyond Harrison Avenue.

Police responded to the scene around 3:15 a.m. and found Graham’s body. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
