Time: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The second annual Taste by the Bay breezes in Saturday, Nov. 22. Event guests will enjoy samplings from Virginia wineries and craft breweries, plus food from local restaurants. Live music, in the afternoon, will be provided by The Delvers, a popular Americana band who has been performing throughout the Hampton Roads/Tidewater region for over 25 years.
