Taste by the Bay arrives for its inaugural event on Saturday, November 23, 2013 from 11:00 am – 5:00 pm at the beautiful Tides Inn in Irvington, VA. This event kicks off the holiday season by enjoying wines from the Chesapeake Bay Wine Trail wineries, samplings from local craft breweries, tastings from local restaurants, and live music by James Justin and Company.
Tour vintage oyster buy boats docked at the Tides Inn for the weekend and hear from their captains what life was like on the Chesapeake Bay when these boats brought oysters to market.
