The Williamsburg Regional Library has 2,500 additional CDs to beef up its collection and to sell to patrons to raise funds thanks to 92.3 The Tide and 107.9 Bach FM.
The donation by Davis Media, which owns the two radio stations and WYDaily, included discs with a wide variety of its music ranging from contemporary to classical. Visit the Tide and Bach websites to find out just what kind of music the stations play, if you don’t know already.
Some of the CDs will be selected by librarians to be included in the library’s lending collection. Others will be offered for sale to the public by Friends of Williamsburg Regional Library in both their annual Book Sale and the ongoing Book Nook operated at both library buildings.
Proceeds from Friends’ sales benefit WRL programs and services.
