The James River Association will hold its second annual James RiverFest at the Eco Discovery Park, home of the Jamestown Yacht Basin, in Williamsburg, Virginia on Saturday, April 20, 2013. This event, the first of its kind in this area, includes a competitive paddle race, fun and educational activities for children, food, live music, a wide variety of vendors and environmental booths. General admission to the festival is free.
