Olde Towne Medical Center welcomes new Medical Director Dr. William Mann.
The clinic has been operating with an interim director for several months, according to Board member Nancy Marsh, and is glad to have a permanent director in place.
“Dr. Mann has practiced on the Peninsula in the past, has an MBA from the College of William & Mary, and has extensive experience with ambulatory health care delivery and medical administration,” Marsh said.
Dr. Mann received his undergraduate degree from Amherst College and his Doctor of Medicine from Pennsylvania State University, in addition to his MBA from William & Mary. He has worked at Carilion in Roanoke, Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News and at University Hospital in Stony Brook New York.
In addition, he has taught at Eastern Virginia Medical Center, Mary Immaculate Hospital, Williamsburg Community Hospital and The Medical College of Virginia.
