York ended the season of York County rivals Tabb at home on Tuesday, toppling the Tigers 5-0 in the semifinal round of the Conference 27 tournament.
The Falcons won five singles matches of the six singles matches, while also holding a lead in the final match that was not finished.
York (8-0) will prepare to take on a currently unknown opponent in the finals of the Conference 27 tournament on Thursday.
For Tabb (5-7), the loss marked the end of its season. Tabb’s individuals and doubles teams will still prepare for their respective tournaments next week.

Grafton Coasts Past Denbigh
Grafton cruised through the first round of the Conference 18 tournament on Tuesday, defeating Denbigh 6-0 with ease.
So dominant was Grafton, the Clippers won all six singles matches while dropping just one game.
Grafton (9-4) will now prepare to face Jamestown on the road in the Conference 18 semifinal round on Thursday.

Warhill Knocks Off Colonial Heights in Conference 25 Tourney
Warhill’s girls tennis team hit the road Tuesday and defeated Colonial Heights 5-2 in the semifinal round of the Conference 25 tournament.
The Lions won four singles matches and completed the overall match win with a victory at No. 2 doubles.
Warhill (5-9) will now await the winner of Poquoson and Southampton, who the Lions will face in the Conference 25 championship match on Thursday.
