Warhill got back into the win column Friday night when the Lions defeated New Kent at home 51-30.
Olivia Schulz paced Warhill with a game-high 25 points, which allowed the Lions to establish a strong first-half lead. Warhill led the Trojans 22-11 by halftime.
While Warhill did not put up explosive offensive numbers in the second half to pull away, a stingy defense helped create turnovers and keep New Kent at bay.
Warhill (3-1) will travel to take on Poquoson on Tuesday with hopes of starting a win streak.
