Bruton field hockey was well represented on the all-Region 4A North team announced Monday.
The Panthers put three players — midfielder Carley Shannon, forward Kayla Copeman and defender Taylor Everette — on the all-region first team while five others — forwards Dasha Hill and Summer Zacharias, midfielder Kassie Abbinanti, defender Jess Holmes and goalkeeper Haley Gardner — received second team honors.
York, which, like Bruton, saw its season end one win shy of a state-tournament berth, had no players voted to the all-region first team but put a trio of players — forward Alexa Weaver, midfielder Elise Watt and defender Lauren Carter — on the all-region second team.
Midfielder Katherine Hull and Coach Jim Larkin were named Player and Coach of the Year for Region 4A North champion Chancellor.
