In the only area prep sports contest not canceled due to rain, Warhill’s volleyball team defeated York in three games, 25-17, 25-19, 25-9, at home Wednesday.
The game was originally scheduled to be played Tuesday, but was pushed back because of a power outage.
Megan Harrigan paced the Lions (12-3, 8-2 BRD) with 20 assists, five digs and one block and Alex Koon chipped in with nine kills, six digs and five aces.
Sydney Sumner led York (1-10) with eight digs, seven kills and one block.
