Two Bay Rivers District cross-country meets, as well as three junior varsity football games, scheduled for Wednesday have been postponed due to rain.
The cross-country meet between host Bruton, Grafton, Smithfield and New Kent at Bruton High has been rescheduled for Oct. 21.
York High’s cross-country meet against Warhill and Poquoson has been pushed back to Thursday.
Three JV football games — York vs. Grafton, Jamestown vs. Bruton and Smithfield vs. New Kent — have also been moved. The Warhill-Tabb JV game is still on for 6:30 p.m. today at Wanner Stadium.
