Charlene Rita Davis, a beloved mother, grandmother, and dedicated professional, passed away peacefully on August 24, 2026, in Norfolk, Virginia, at the age of 76. Born on March 9, 1950, in New York, Charlene was the cherished daughter of Theodore and Helen Davis.
Throughout her life, Charlene demonstrated unwavering commitment and diligence as the owner and operator in the housekeeping industry. Her work ethic and dedication left a lasting impression on all who had the pleasure of knowing her professionally and personally.
Charlene’s life was enriched by her family, and she leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion. She is survived by her daughter, Julie Davis; her son, Joseph Davis; and her four beloved grandchildren, who brought immense joy to her life. She is also remembered fondly by numerous friends and loved ones.
Charlene was preceded in death by her parents, Theodore and Helen Davis, and her brother, Mark Davis.
Services to honor and celebrate Charlene’s life will be held at a later date.
