Cynthia “Cindy” Foster Creech, 59, entered eternal rest on January 20, 2026.
Cynthia graduated from King and Queen County Schools and spent most of her career working for Baylands Family Credit Union. Her laughter could always be heard a mile away, living up to her nickname “Giggles”. In her free time, she enjoyed crocheting and cross stitching, each stitch and detail made with love. Spending time with those she loved the most meant everything to her, especially with her grandson, Luke. During the summer months, she often traveled to Virginia Beach for a quick trip to enjoy the salty air and the sunshine.
Cindy was preceded in death by her mother, Bernice Foster; and her nephew, Shannon Foster III. She is survived by her partner, David Creech; her beloved children, Laura Creech and Matthew Creech (Johanna); her grandson, Luke; her father, Shannon Foster Sr.; her brothers, Shannon Foster Jr. (Elena) and John Foster (Jenn); and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, all of which will miss her dearly.
