Michael Petty Norman, 81, of West Point, VA passed away Friday, November 7, 2025. Michael served his country with the United States Army in Vietnam where he was decorated with several medals, including a Bronze Star and Purple Heart.
Michael was preceded in death by his parents, Petty and Marie Norman. He is survived by two brothers, Tim Norman (Bev) and Donnie Norman (Patricia); a sister, Ruth Burks (Chris); his dear friend, Laurie; and his beloved dog, Brownie; along with several nieces and nephews.
A private family service will be held at a later date.
