Lynn Renee Muckelroy Wagner, PMHNP-BC, 63, passed away on Friday, April 11, 2025 at Riverside Regional Medical Center.
Lynn graduated from Clarkson College and Walden University. She was a United States Air Force Veteran, Registered Nurse, and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She selflessly dedicated over 30 years to the practice of psychiatric nursing, advocating for the betterment of her patients’ mental health and peace.
She loved nature and animals, especially birds, helping her patients, and bragging about her kids.
She is survived by her daughter, Jillian Wagner; son, Jonathan Wagner, and her sister, Lisa Paridon.
She was loved dearly and will be missed.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.
