Thomas Michael Reynolds passed away on October 28, 2024. A man of many talents and interests, Thomas was known for his dedication to family, passion for technology, and love of life’s simple joys.
Thomas was a proud graduate of Old Dominion University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science. He went on to build a successful career as a Software Engineer at IPConfigure INC. His work was characterized by his remarkable skill and innovation, stemming from a lifelong love of coding and creating video games.
Outside of his professional life, Thomas was a man who cherished his family and friends. He spent countless hours engaged in spirited games of pickleball and gaming sessions with those closest to him. A lover of puzzles, he delighted in daily words and crosswords, always eager to challenge his mind.
An avid snow skier and club soccer enthusiast, Thomas embraced life with humor and warmth, often sharing laughter as a practical joker among his circle.
Thomas leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish his memory: his parents, Donna and Bill; siblings, Patrick, Paige, William, Joseph, and Miriam; brother-in-law, James; sister-in-law, Aimee; nephews, Conor and Ciaran; and niece Arya.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Bucktrout Funeral Home. A Rosary service will be held on Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at 11:30 AM, with a funeral mass to follow at 1:00 PM, with a visitation taking place one hour prior to the mass. Livestreaming will start at approximately 12:50 PM.
Inurnment will follow on Friday, November 8, 2024, after the 9:00 AM morning mass at the St. Bede Columbarium.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Thomas’s name to the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. May he rest in peace, and may his memory be a blessing to all who knew him.
