Norman Webster was born on November 24, 1949 in Hampton, Virginia to the late Julius “Red” and Doris Annetta Webster. Norman departed this life peacefully on April 24, 2024 at his home in Newport News, Virginia.
Norman, as known by his friends as “Storming Norman”, leaves to treasure his memories; his wife Parenthia “Perry” Fox, daughter Taylor Richmond (Terell) of Newport News, Virginia, two sons, Leondras Webster (Elizabeth) and Steuart Webster (Katie) both of Norfolk, Virginia, two brothers, Julius “Butch” Webster (Michelle) of Hampton, Virginia and Michael Webster (Dawn) of Alexandria, Virginia. He is also survived by two grandchildren, Iris Richmond and Harrison Webster, and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews and friends.
