Andre Krol, 70, of Williamsburg, VA, passed away on January 17, 2024 after a long battle with lung cancer.
Andre was born on June 13, 1953 to Aloijzy and Wieslawa Krolikowski in Warsaw, Poland. He emigrated to the USA in the 1980s. In 1991, he met Barbara Michalska, and they wed in 1992, going on to have 1 child, Francis.
Andre had a distinguished career working for the State Department, which took him and his family around the world.
Andre was determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to him than anything else in the world. He was unendingly proud of Barbara and Francis, and always tried his best to support them.
Andre was also a passionate carpenter and loved home improvement projects, and could often be found crafting with his tools.
Anyone who knew Andre knew that he was the most loving father and husband a family could ask for. He is survived by Barbara and Francis Krol.
A funeral service will be held at 9 a.m., Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at St. Bede Catholic Church, 3686 Ironbound Rd, Williamsburg, VA 23188. Burial will follow at Williamsburg Memorial Park.
