A visitation for Steven will be held on Tuesday, November 14 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Altmeyer Funeral Home Southside Chapel (5033 Rouse Drive, Virginia Beach, VA 23462).
A Celebration of Life will be held the following day, Wednesday, November 15, starting at 10 a.m. at the Gator Theater (3504 Gator Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA 23455) on Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story.
Burial will take place at Arlington National Cemetery on January 31, 2024 at Ft Myer Old Post Chapel (204 Lee Ave, Fort Myer, VA 22211) starting at 2:45 p.m.
