Kevin Montie Smith, 65, passed away peacefully on December 17, 2022 surrounded by his children.
He loved being outdoors fishing or hunting and spending time with his family. He enjoyed teaching his kids and his grandkids things he learned in life; sharing stories of him and his brothers and sisters growing up and how to repurpose almost anything. He had a knack for thinking outside the box and could Macgyver anything.
He was proceeded in death by his mother Florence Smith; father Malcolm Smith and brother David Smith.
He is survived by his daughters, Dawn (Corey) Taylor and Sandy Smith (Rob) and his son Jeremy (Melissa) Smith; two sisters, Ann Cowles and Betty Smith and two brothers Greg Smith and Jesse Smith; his grand children Kayla, Troy, Kaiden and Kendal.
He will greatly be missed by all who knew him. There will be a celebration of life for family and friends.
