William (Billy) F. Martin, Jr., 68, of Williamsburg, VA passed away on September 17, 2022. Billy was born on September 13, 1954 to William F. and Anita M. Martin. He retired from the Anheuser-Busch Kingsmill Woods Golf Course. Billy was a celebrated New Jersey high school athlete in baseball, basketball and football. He continued as a pitcher at St. Thomas College in St. Paul, MN and played rugby for Wagner College in Staten Island, NY where he earned his BS degree in business. He is preceded in death by his parents and younger sister, Amy, who shared his birthday. Billy leaves behind Jo-Ann Wagner (sister), William Wagner (brother-in-law) and Christopher Martin (brother). A graveside service will take place on Monday, September 26th at 11:00 AM at Cedar Grove Cemetery, in Williamsburg VA. Memorial contributions can be made to Heritage Humane Society.
