Edward William Luck “William/Will”, 17, of Barhamsville (New Kent County), VA left this earth early on the morning of August 27, 2022. He attended New Kent High School and would have been a senior this school year. William loved his family and his friends deeply. He was passionate about baseball and played for over a decade. He never met a stranger and had friends everywhere that he went. William had a caring soul his entire short life, and was always concerned about the well-being of others. He leaves a massive void in the lives of many. William is survived by his mother Elizabeth Wilkerson, whom he lived with, and siblings Charles Neal, Jr. “Charlie” and Lillian Luck “Lily. He is also survived by his grandparents Joanne and Herbert Wilkerson, also of New Kent; aunt Brooke Wilkerson and cousin Cyrus Wilkerson of West Point, his cat Rodrigo, and countless close friends. Additionally, he is survived by his father Edward Wayne Luck, Jr. and grandparents Martha and Edward Luck, all of New Kent; aunt Kim Luck and cousin Donald Luck, and uncle Kevin Luck. A memorial service will be held at Tabernacle United Methodist Church in Barhamsville on Saturday, September 10, 2022 at 4:00pm. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 2:00 – 4:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to New Kent Humane Society.
