Susan Branch Smith, 67, died peacefully on August 4, 2022 with her family by her side. She was preceded in death by her father, A.B. Smith, Jr.
A native of Williamsburg, Susan was an accomplished writer, editor, producer, and director for a wide variety of projects in Maryland and Virginia.
Susan is survived by her mother Edwina Smith; sisters, Lyn Poorman and Helen Oderisi; brother, A.B. Smith, III; and an extensive family of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of her life will be scheduled at a later date.
