William(Bill) Edward Oliver died peacefully on Thursday, August 4, 2022. He was born on April 13, 1950. Bill grew up in Mattaponi, VA and graduated from York Academy. He retired, after 40 years as an electrician, from Chesapeake Corp. in West Point, VA. Bill was always proud of his many years of service in the Army National Guard. He was sometimes proud of, but always an avid golfer! He was preceded in death by his parents, William Phillip and Nettie Lee Oliver. He is survived by his daughters, Kim Kirby-Saunders and Missey Bubnick; Special Grandson, Chris Kirby Saunders; Brother, Bobby Oliver and Sister-in-law, Jo Anne.
Interment will be private.
