Cindy Lucille Nolan Walnetski, 58, of Newport News, VA was born in Norfolk, VA. She was the beloved wife of Kevin Walnetski; loving mother of Jack (Laura); sister of Jason (Sondra); the loving grandmother of two beautiful grand-babies, Ava Marie and Matthew John, whom she fiercely adored; beloved daughter of Jerry and Mary Nolan, and precious granddaughter of Iola Nolan.
Cindy enjoyed life to the fullest. She had the most captivating personality and treated everyone she met like they were family. She enjoyed traveling, socializing with friends, dancing to good music, enjoying in the finest wines from around the world, laughing so hard she would cry, but most of all, she enjoyed being around her family whom she loved so deeply.
A Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at St. Jerome Catholic Church. Immediately following the service, there will be a light reception at the church. For those who wish to continue to celebrate Cindy, friends and family will meet at Hoss’s Deli Seafood and Oyster Bar after the church reception. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Cindy’s name to Angel Flight Charity where she was always volunteering to help.
