David L. Brown received his eternal reward on Sunday, May 8, 2022. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Rosa Brown, two brothers, Ricky and Toney and two sons, Jeffrey and Jeremiah. He leaves his wife Cathy; two daughters, Jacquelyn and Jasmine; lifelong friend Lorenzo Washington; devoted aunt Shirlee Jones; and friend Jacqueline “Jacquie” DeGroat; as well as cousins and friends to cherish his memories.
David yearned to follow after God from his youth and experienced many spiritual battles. He would share his faith with anyone and intently studied the scriptures. David also enjoyed debating, writing and cooking.
During these last months, his church family surrounded him with their kindness, love and prayers. Praise be to God for the great things He has done.
Service to be held 11 AM, Monday, May 16th at Vincent Funeral Home, Providence Forge. Interment will be private.
