WEST POINT — Christie Layne Alexander (formerly Stewart) was born on Wednesday, June 18, 1986 and passed away suddenly on Friday, April 22, 2022. She is survived by her loving parents, Rev. Lorrie Brooks Wajciechowski and her stepfather, John Wajciechowski; two children, Leah Nicole Alexander-Crosby (age 16), and son “JuJu” Stewart (age 2 yrs, 3 mos); maternal grandparents, Patsy and Edward Brooks; sister, Jennifer Lynn Alexander; little brother, Aaron “Scotty” Krol; uncle, Kelly Brooks (Angela); and cousin, Adam Brooks. She was preceded in death by her cousin, John Lee Alexander; and her unborn baby girl (age 22 weeks in-utero).
Funeral services will be private, by invitation only. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 7th for her friends. Additional details to follow.
