
YORKTOWN — Retired U.S. Air Force Col. Steven J. Reandeau, 66, passed away Thursday, Oct. 1, 2020, after a long battle with cancer. He was born Oct. 15, 1953, in the town of Tupper Lake, New York, to Leonard and Reta Reandeau.
After graduating from Buffalo state College, he joined the U.S. Air Force, retiring after 30 years of service.
Col. Reandeau is survived by his wife of 44 years, Phyllis; children, Steven Reandeau Jr. and Nicole (Brent) Stoufer; and grandchildren, Haley and Elizabeth Stoufer and Isabella and Vincent Reandeau. He is also survived by two sisters, Lois (Bill) Parmelee and LeeAnne Reandeau; along with nieces, nephews and cousins.
A viewing will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 7, at Amory Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 8, at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church. Interment, with full military honors, will be held at a later date in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington.
