It is with heavy hearts that we, the family of Christopher “Scotty” Williams, 43, let you know of his passing Thursday, Aug. 29, 2019.
Scotty is survived by his wife, Jamie Lynn Williams; daughters, Madisun Williams and Emma Williams; son, Macen Williams; granddaughter, Teagan Matthews; parents, Robert Earl Williams Jr. and Linda Valentine Williams; brother, Robbie Williams; and grandmother, Mazie Williams.
Scotty was a very talented musician and singer and performed with bands throughout his life around the Peninsula. He spent his free time writing his own music, drawing, singing and spending time with his children.
A celebration of life service will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 3, at W.J. Smith & Son Funeral Home, 210 Harpersville Road, Newport News.
