Letha Lee Reynolds, 88, of Newport News, Va., passed away Sunday, Dec. 11, 2016.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Master Sergeant James A. Reynolds; and great-grandson, Nicholas Throckmorton.
In addition to being an Army wife, Letha worked as a licensed practical nurse for Eastern State Hospital in Williamsburg, Va. She was a member of Kingdom Hall of the Jehovah’s Witness, Lackey, Va.
Letha is survived by her son, James H. Reynolds Sr.; daughters, Joyce Champion (Don), Sheryl Hugate (Ron), Diana Tennis and Donna Jimmerson; 13 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren; and good friend, Donald Bunner.
A visitation will take place from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 15, at Nelsen Funeral Home, 3785 Strawberry Plains Road, Williamsburg, VA, where a service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 16. A private interment will be held in Williamsburg Memorial Park.
