James R. Fields, of Williamsburg, died peacefully at his home on July 27, 2015, at the age of 92.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. James served his country and was an honored WWII veteran.
Mr. Fields may be viewed from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, July 31, 2015, at Whiting’s Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 1, 2015, at Chickahominy Baptist Church, 2900 Chickahominy Road, Toano, VA 23168.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Mr. Fields’ honor to the American Cancer Society.
