Food lovers of Yorktown are in for a treat.
A new Vietnamese restaurant, PhoDiner, just opened up this past week.
Jeff Nguyen, owner of PhoDiner, said the restaurant’s first day went without any difficulties, but being a new business during a pandemic is a scary feat.
“We’re hoping everything goes smoothly,” he said. “We’re in a new area. Hopefully we can generate enough customers to come in and open up.”
Their menu consists of vermicelli bowls, veggie spring rolls, rice dishes, and of course, pho.
For drinks, they have smoothies, including flavors like lychee and taro, and boba teas.
To view the full menu, visit PhoDiner’s website here or check out their Facebook page.
PhoDiner is located at 8135 George Washington Memorial Hwy., and they’re open Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Their Sunday hours are from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
