YORK COUNTY — The York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office (YPSO) announced Thursday it had made an additional arrest connected to the death of a two-year-old child.
59-year-old Timothy Raines of the 100 block of Aberfeldy Way was arrested on one felony count of child neglect.
These charges were based on the living conditions found within the home, YPSO said.
Earlier this month, the child’s parents, 37-year-old Jesse Alan Gunn and 29-year-old Anna Elizabeth Raines, who reside at the same address, were also arrested on one felony count of child neglect due to the living conditions of the home.
