HAMPTON — Hampton Police are seeking the public’s assistance in finding a young child who was last seen around 2 a.m. on Jan. 31.
Cody Bigsby was last seen in his home in the 100 block of Ranalet Drive.
According to a press release from the Hampton Police Department, Cody is a four-year-old black male, approximately 3 feet tall and was last seen wearing all black clothing and Spiderman flip flops.
