The events below range from holiday movies and concerts to light shows and train rides in either Hampton or Newport News. All events are free and open to the public.

- 30th Annual Lighted Boat Parade – Dec. 7 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- Holiday Movie & Craft Saturday: The Santa Clause – Dec. 8 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Selfies with Santa – Dec. 8 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
- Holly Days Parade– Dec. 8 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
NEWPORT NEWS
- Bayport Credit Union 25 Nights of Northern Lights – Dec. 6-9 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
- Holiday Frost 2018 – Dec. 7 from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- North Pole Night – Dec. 8 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
- 2018 Village Gingerbread Celebration – Dec. 8 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
