Each year, 45,000 Americans die by suicide, according to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
The AFSP wants to help reduce those numbers by hosting a National Suicide Prevention Week which will run from September 9-15, 2018.
A few ways that AFSP wants you to help out are by sharing social media messages with information for those struggling, tell your story and donate to support their mission of saving lives and bringing hope to those affected by suicide.
