HAMPTON — Become a better leader in your community by signing up for The Hampton Leadership Academy, which is currently enrolling.
This six-session, three week program is designed to foster leadership, communication and networking skills as well as increase participation in neighborhood activities in the city.
The city said enrollment is limited to 30 people willing to invest their time, talent and energy in making Hampton neighborhoods better places to live, work, play, worship and do business.
The program is sponsored by the city’s Housing and Neighborhood Services office.
Classes are Thursdays, Aug. 9, 16 and 23 and Saturdays, Aug. 11, 18 and 25.
The registration deadline is Aug. 6.
