NEWPORT NEWS — The Mariners’ Museum and Park is holding its sixth annual Craft Beer Festival on Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.
There will be more than 60 craft beers from local, regional and national breweries.
The event features beers that are either new to the area or in a limited release.
This year, Tradition Brewing will release the Lions Bridge Lager at the event, named after the Museum’s Lions Bridge and which pays tribute to the new Lions Bridge Football Club, set to play its first season this May.
Esoteric Ramblers and Hey! Hey! Hooligan will provide live music. There will be brewery talks and local food trucks.
The Brewery Cask-Off competition, where guests can vote for their favorite unfiltered ale, is back.
Tickets are $35 for general admission through Saturday ($30 for museum members) and include 20 four-ounce craft beer tastings and a souvenir tasting glass.
Non-drinker tickets are available for $15 but does not include the souvenir glass.
General admission tickets are $45 the day of the event.
