Construction on Marquis Hills housing development underway

Phases one and two of the housing development near the Marquis Center are underway after York County approved the development’s phase one subdivision plat June 19, said Mary Higgins, the county’s senior planner. Previously, the housing development had been Marquis Estates but will now be Marquis Hills. READ MORE
