If you live in York County, changes may be coming to your recycling collection schedule.
County Waste and Recycling is the county’s curbside recycling collection contractor, and the company is changing its collection routes, according to a York County news release.
As a result, some customers may notice their recycling will be picked up at a different time. However, the pickup day will not change.
Collection carts should still be placed curbside by 7 a.m.
“We appreciate everyone’s patience during this transition,” York County Public Information Officer Gail Whittaker said.
An exact date has not been provided for the change.
