Veterans can get free admission to Busch Gardens through July 4

Busch Gardens Williamsburg is honoring America’s veterans with a special promotion beginning this weekend.

Veterans and up to three guests can receive one free admission to the park through July 4, according to a park press release.

“We’re proud to extend our gratitude to these brave men and women and their families,” said John Reilly, interim CEO of SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment. “We hope this invitation to all veterans allows them to make incredible memories with their families at our parks.”

The promotion is made possible through SeaWorld’s Waves of Honor program, which was created in 2005. Since then, more than 9 million veterans, active military members and their families have visited SeaWorld parks for free.

The offer is only available through the Waves of Honor website. Tickets may not be redeemed at Busch Gardens’ ticket offices.

Busch Gardens will also commemorate both holidays with fireworks on May 26 and July 3 and 4.
