The York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office has named two suspects in connection with a string of larcenies from vehicles at York County schools.
A post on YPSO’s Facebook page states a suspect stole purses from vehicles, and then multiple suspects would use the victims’ credit cards at local businesses.
An investigation led to the identification and arrest of Delanio M. Vick of Norfolk, who has been charged with credit card theft, credit card fraud and conspiracy to commit a felony. Warrants were obtained for Andreene Beckford of Chesapeake for the same charges, though she has not yet been arrested.
