
Joseph W. Montgomery of Wells Fargo Advisors has been named one of the top 400 financial advisors in the nation for the second year in a row by the Financial Times.
Montgomery, a graduate of the College of William & Mary, has spent more than 39 years in the financial services industry. He is currently the managing director of investments for the Williamsburg branch of Wells Fargo Advisors.
“I’m proud to again be on the Financial Times’ list of the top 400 financial advisors in the country,” Montgomery said in a news release from Wells Fargo Advisors announcing the placement. “Each day, I show up with one goal in mind — helping my clients succeed financially. It is quite an honor to be recognized for doing what I love to do.”
Financial Times creates its rankings based on data provided by investment firms. Factored into their consideration are experience, industry certifications and compliance record.
Wells Fargo Advisors manages $1.4 trillion in money via 15,280 full-service advisors and 3,328 licensed bankers. The network is one of the largest in the country and has a presence in all 50 states and Washington, D.C.
