James City County Police arrested a man Wednesday night after he allegedly pointed a handgun at his wife, daughter and daughter’s boyfriend.
Maj. Stephen Rubino of the James City County Police Department said police responded to the 8500 block of Diascund Road around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday where they found 44-year-old Daniel Ray Deal intoxicated and waving around a 9mm Glock pistol.
Nobody was hurt in the incident. Deal is charged with three counts of brandishing a firearm.
