How was your pet’s name chosen?
Her eyes were the exact, soft green like the inside of a Kiwi. They slowly turned amber as she got older.
Does your pet have a favorite walking route, etc.? What is it and why?
The shortest route with fewest hills. She’s more of a “sit and observe” than a “let’s get out there and run” kind of girl. Although, we do frequent Dog St., Kiwi enjoys the knoll and cool stream behind Dubois Grocery.
What is your pet’s favorite food or treat?
Peanut butter
Does your pet have a pet peeve? If so, what is it?
If you make Kiwi move once she’s settled in to sleep she shares her frustration with a grumble. And goodness sake, do not touch her feet!
If your pet could speak, what would be its favorite word and why?
Love. Or, maybe the word “silly” because she’s lighthearted, kind and very loving. We often use “silly” as a term of endearment for her.
